Caryl has practical experience in Project Management, Integration Management, SAP HCM and Payroll implementation and support, and EC Payroll implementation and support. She has managed all stages of the project lifecycle from project preparation through go-live to post go-live support. She has lead Requirements workshops and executed configuration for SAP Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Benefits, Time Management, and Payroll/EC Payroll. She has also executed data conversions for HCM migrations from PeopleSoft, Ceridian, ADP, and Lawson to SAP and EC Payroll. Caryl has significant practical application management experience, and has assisted clients with Business Process mapping and optimization. She is also proficient with building trust within project teams by being able to understand the client’s business processes and assimilate that information into the technical and functional requirements for an SAP HCM implementation.
