Convention Registration Policy:

Your registration is not complete until your payment has been processed.

Early Registrations: Payment in full must be made on or before May 1, 2019. For members who are mailing payments, the registration invoice and payment must be postmarked on or before May 1, 2019 to receive the Early Registration discount.

Payments postmarked/received after May 1st will not be accepted at the Early Registration Rate.

Convention Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Individual cancellation requests must be made in writing to the BPW/NC Convention Chair, Gail Harper, no later than June 14, 2019.

Cancellation requests received after June 14, 2019 will forfeit all fees. Please note that your registration may be transferred to someone else if you find you are unable to attend convention.

PHOTOGRAPHS and RECORDING: By attending this event you acknowledge and understand that photographs and video may be taken during the event and acknowledge and understand that you hereby grant the North Carolina Federation of Business & Professional Women's Club, Incorporated a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use your image or likeness for any lawful purpose relating to marketing of future events, in any media, without right of prior approval of the use.
