YC Candidate's Registration Fee is provided by BPW/NC. Hotel and travel arrangements are not included.

Rooms are $109/night for 2 Queens or a King. Rooms are available at the group rate for 3 days prior and following convention to those that want to come early or stay later. Room includes breakfast!

Convention Registration Policy:

Your registration is not complete until your payment has been processed.

For members who are mailing payments, the registration invoice and payment must be postmarked on or before April 15, 2018 to receive the Early Registration discount. Payment received after April 15th will result in the regular convention registration fee.

Convention Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Individual cancellation requests must be made in writing to the BPW/NC Convention Chair, Julie Ueleke, 3864 Meadow Ridge Ct NW, Concord, NC 28027 or Email: julie.ueleke@gmail.com no later than June 14, 2018.

Cancellation requests received after June 14, 2018 will forfeit all fees. Please note that your registration may be transferred to someone else if you find you are unable to attend convention.

PHOTOGRAPHS and RECORDING: By attending this event you acknowledge and understand that photographs and video may be taken during the event and acknowledge and understand that you hereby grant the North Carolina Federation of Business & Professional Women's Club, Incorporated a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use your image or likeness for any lawful purpose relating to marketing of future events, in any media, without right of prior approval of the use.
